If you cannot login to the members area there might be several reasons for that:
1. If your user/password combination is wrong simply use the Recover Password feature, if you still cannot login contact us.
2. You must have cookies enabled in your browser. Choose the browser you are using and follow these simple steps in order to enable cookies.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0+
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
- Click on the "Privacy" tab.
- Move the "Settings" slider to the "Medium" level.
- Click "OK" and close the "Internet Options" windows.
- Close all browser windows and open a new one.
- Go to http://www.peakclick.com/ and log into your account.
Internet Explorer 5.01 SP1 and 5.5 SP2
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
- Click on the "Security" tab.
- Click the Internet icon (globe).
- Click the "Custom Level" button.
- Scroll down to "Cookies".
- Enable "Allow per-session cookies (not-stored)".
- Click "OK" and close the "Internet Options" windows.
- Close all browser windows and open a new one.
- Go to http://www.peakclick.com/ and log into your account.
Mozilla Firefox
- Open Firefox.
- Select "Options" from the "Tools" menu.
- Select the "Privacy" icon in the left panel.
- Enable "Allow sites to set cookies".
- Click "OK".
- Close all browser windows and open a new one.
- Go to http://www.peakclick.com/ and log into your account.
3. If you have not signed up yet you must do so before you will be able to enter the site. |
